Sobre Este Local
Jack's Place JEM is a casual steakhouse that appears to be primarily an adult dining venue, not designed as a kids birthday party location. While reviews praise their friendly staff, affordable pricing, and decent food quality, there is no mention of party facilities, kids entertainment, or customized party packages that would be essential for a children's birthday venue.

Nantha was extremely helpful! He even went the extra mile to make the ordering process smoother by guiding us through and giving us some birthday perks! Excellent server and he has made our dining experience so pleasant! Awesome!

Had a fantastic experience at Jack's Place Jem! The cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, thanks to Magner, Mr. Hanafiah, and Nandhan for making our lunch so enjoyable. Highly recommend!" 😊

Came here for the AIA set meal. After redeeming and ordering, a server Nantha came by and said all chicken and meat options were suddenly unavailable. Only left fish or vegetarian option. Evidently the outlet is managed poorly.
