Kidztropic Poiz Centre

Just had a birthday party consisting of 1 to 6 year olds. Had about 11 kids and 14 adults. This space is perfect! The function room/eating area is next to the indoor playground so it was easy to gather the kids in-between activities. Parents can have confidence that their kids are safe as it's a closed door event and the space is not too large to keep an eye on them. The staff was really helpful throughout the party too. Thankyou for a memorable day. Highly recommend! We also got Mr Magic Mambo as recommended by them. The kids enjoyed themselves so much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Birthday Party at Kidztropic! We celebrated our child’s birthday at Kidztropic, and it was such a joyful, stress-free experience! The indoor playground is bright, clean, and packed with fun zones that kept the kids (aged 3–7) happily entertained from slides and ball pits to imaginative play areas. The space is just the right size to let the children explore freely while still being easy to supervise. Our birthday boy had a blast celebrating with friends, and the kids didn’t want to leave! The party room was cheerful, the food was kid-approved, and the staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend Kidztropic for a fun, safe, and memorable birthday party!

Hosted 3yo birthday party here. Dan was responsive and helpful in the entire booking process. From answering our queries to entertaining us during the pre-visit recce, to facilitating the event on the day itself. I like that the facilities are clean, well maintained, cosy, safe, thoughtful and fun for the kids. Suitable for kids 2 - 6 yos.

Super small place , parents dun even have space to be standing if it’s packed . In the toy boxes , there’s either toys in box or jus 1 small toy in each shelf . Lack of toys . And only had two short slides .suitable playground for 2-3 years old . Jus super cramped , one hour is more than enough . And also aircon not strong enough . Good thing is that it’s new and clean but not worth gg .

Went for the first time but wont go again. The place is too small with rather limited play area for the price they charge (perhaps because their price is for 2 hours but honestly with the area it has, it can only engage 1 hour of play). The ball pit was sparse of balls. Similar sentiments to other reviews, the way to the slide is not a friendly route to kids below 3 years old.

The place is clean. But i find not safe. My child almost fell through the gaps between the net and the bar from 2nd to 1st floor. Luckily my wife caught her and another parent was below to push her up. The gaps between the net and the bar …
