I will give ZERO stars if the option is available. We booked the tour on a Saturday for Monday's DUKW Tour via Klook using the Singapore Rediscovery Voucher (SRV). We tried contacting City Tours the whole of Sunday. However both contact numbers provided were unreachable. The phone call will end up being cut off by the operator or there'll be a voice msg to state that we can WhatsApp their business number. For your info, the business number does NOT work. My msges were not sent through. Also, the voice msg stated that we can also leave a voice msg and they'll get back to us in 1hour. However that DID NOT happen. I had left multiple voice msges on Sunday and there was no phone call back. Finally, Monday arrived. I lodged an official complaint with Klook and Singapore Tourism Board against City Tours. STB staff was very kind and informed me that they did contact City Tours on their end but to no avail. Finally at about 4PM on Monday, I finally received an email from City Tours (refer to first pic below) which is the supposed day that we had booked our DUKW Tour and we did specify it in our booking. If you take a look in the email response, there was zero apology for missing our preferred date. In the second pic, you will see that City Tours was defensive by providing time stamps for their responses. Mind you, they were unresponsive for the whole of Sunday and almost the whole of Monday! This operator is also insincere stating that our supposed date for the tour is merely a guideline and preference. So it means... City Tours can decide when we go for the tour? We have no exact say since it is an open date ticket? Is this even ethical? Firstly, we all do not revolve around their schedules. Secondly, then why provide a possible day for us to choose? City Tours might as well just anyhow select a day for us to go for the tour. Thirdly, if you look at all screen shots, City Tours did all their could to "cover their bases" by providing time stamps and screen shots, which tbh, is damn low lah, it's an extremely defensive way of communication. Considering that City Tours is the one who messed up big time by not being contactable at all the whole of Sunday and Monday when we were trying to make contact, they should be at least more sincere and apologetic. Referring to the third pic, City Tours still wanted to have the last say and provided yet another screen shot to "cover their base" again. By this time, I had requested to make our ticket an open ticket till end of March 2022. City Tours did not even have the decency to make that offer, they had only previously stated that our tickets were valid till 31 December 2021 - See what I mean by insincere and unapologetic? I definitely will not recommend this operator as they are unreliable and unresponsive. On top of that, City Tours knows that SRV is non-refundable so they can behave in this unprofessional manner and we as customers have to suffer the brunt of it. Please do not believe their excuse of "high traffic" volume of customers. It is merely a convenient excuse. There was once my phone call got through and I could hear muffled voices of people chatting happily in the background. When I had shouted into the phone to get their attention, I was immediately cut off from the line. A definite DO-NOT-RECOMMEND. Please use more reliable operators.

Driver told us 12:50 or 1:50pm pick up. Waited at the bus stop marina bay at 1:30. Bus never came! They went on lunch. Terrible service! You are better off using a different company. Idk how city tours has 4.7 stars. They deserve 1.

Avoid the hop on hop off tour. Compared to similar services in other international cities, City Tours Singapore is well below standard. Difficult to book, customer service was poor and once on the bus you we struggled to understand the commentary over the loud speakers (no headphones provided).
