I must say the service staff here exceed our expectation with their initiative and thoughtfulness when managing our group with kids. Was here yesterday for one of the kid's birthday and was recommended a set package with wide variety of dishes for 6pax. All kids was given a special kid's meal (include drink). Whole experience dining at Putien was amazing👍

Had a great family meal here. They made a lot of effort to ensure kids are happy. We've had a small complimentary kids set, staff who made a balloon lollipop for my child and also played peek a boo etc. The food was also fantastic. It's my next favourite restaurant after Ding Tai Fung.

We visited Putien on X’mas day for a birthday celebration for our dad! Was greeted to the most impeccable services by ALL staff, especially by Zhang Lan who serviced our big family of 6 adults, 3 children. She is so friendly, thoughtful and kind to us. Other than Zhang Lan, the rest of the crew has been the sweetest; from distributing snacks and gifts for the kids, and throwing in food and dessert for us. This maybe why we enjoyed the food and left with a most wonderful dining experience! Thank you Putien!

We ordered a few items. My family love the bloody cockles and the garlic prawns. Price isn’t cheap without the birthday discount voucher. When we wanted to pay with dineout grab, staff said that can’t use birthday coupon with it. Which we are surprise as grab pay dine out suppose to be a payment mode and the dine out discount is on the balance payable. Anyway we paid using Fraser instead since we have the mall vouchers. The sesame bun with pork portion has shrunk a lot compared to my last visit at different outlet. Lots of onions and little meat. The beehoon is pretty nice too. All dishes we chose are small or standard size type. Staffs are pretty tentative. We paid after disc around SGD54 for 3 paxs exclude 2 drinks.

The food quality and atmosphere were undeniably excellent, however the speed of serving the meals was very disappointing, almost took 60min to completed. During the dinner, we decided to order an additional dish that suitable for children, but be informed by the staff it would require another 30–45 minutes to be served. This was quite surprising and left a negative impression. I’ve had positive experiences at other branches, where service has always been prompt and flexible. Unfortunately, the Northpoint outlet fell short of those standards. Throughout the meal, my family and I felt largely unattended, while the next table are well-stocked with seafood, seemed to receive noticeably attentive, almost VIP-level service. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency in service specially to this branch.
