SuperPark Singapore

It was very fun filled experience. We took birthday package for my daughter's bday celebration. Herself and her friends enjoyed it a lot. Lot of activities with full of fun. Adults also liked it. Suggest to book weekdays as it was less queue and kids can repeat the activities. look forward to visit again.

It was a very fun weekend for my girls and her friends whom we invited to celebrate my younger girl's 9th birthday. The check-in process was seamless and the staff present were very pleasant and understanding. They allowed us to set up our room 15 mins before our slot and was also very patient and understanding when our slot over-ran by more than 15 mins. Will definitely be back to have more parties.

My son celebrated his birthday @ SuperPark with his friends and they absolutely had so much fun! they plan to visit the park again for their playdate. 2 hours is never enough for them 🤣 Even adult guests who joined the kids inside enjoyed the park 😊 Staffs are all so nice and accommodating. Very good cuatomer service.

Visited SuperPark Singapore on a Saturday (peak hours) with my family of three. We bought a 2-hour ticket (12–2pm), but a noticeable portion of our paid time was wasted due to queue and station closures. At around 12:45pm, we went to the Pedal Cars attraction, only to be told it was closed until 2pm with no prior notice or guidance at the entrance. We’re asked to go for rock climbing attraction that opens at 1pm, but also another queue to go in, and not an activity we would enjoy. We later understood this was due to manpower and space planning limitations, meaning only one station could operate at a time. I could accept this during non-peak hours, but not on a Saturday when full-priced tickets are charged. If users can only play certain attraction at certain timing, this should be communicated upfront when tickets are being bought or have someone to guide or show attraction timing. SuperPark is not cheap compared to other playgrounds, especially for families. We enjoyed SuperPark before the renovation, but post-renovation the experience has clearly declined. Better off going other places.

Incorrect information on rules. The rules mentioned needed full grip socks and did not mention the need of super park socks . It was only mentioned specifically at the counter when entering the park. I had to spend 14 dollars to buy super park socks when I feel that my own full grip socks are even better quality compared to the super park grip socks. I understand it is for safety but I seriously find no problem in wearing other brand socks as long as the socks are full grip. To mention, it seems that only super-park has this rule compared to other indoor playgrounds.

The street games football area is unsafe for younger kids. Although there was a staff member manning the station, it was as good as having no one there. He looked like a temp just clocking hours, occasionally checking his phone or wandering off to chat with other staff. I saw older kids kicking the ball with so much force that it hit younger kids hard. The staff witnessed it but simply called out softly, “Are you okay?” The boy didn’t even hear him. He should have walked over and checked properly and made sure the child was alright. Younger kids often don’t know how to react when they’re hurt. At the very least, the staff should have reminded the older kids to be more considerate when playing with younger ones. My son ended up being hit hard in the head by a ball kicked. When I asked about safety measures for mixed-age play, the staff shrugged and replied in a nonchalant tone, “Uh don’t have… this one all free play.” Speechless. Even with waivers, proper supervision and basic safety guidelines should be in place. Without proper monitoring and clear safety measures, it’s only a matter of time before a serious accident happens.
