The Serangoon Community Club

Had my booster here. Super impressed. Most of the staff managing the vaccination process and queues were young, energetic people. They guided the crowd efficiently, and despite a queue of 40+ people I was done w my vaccine in 20mins. Great job guys! Voted here in 2020 GE and it was really efficient and well-managed too. Otherwise, this place is a one stop shop in these pandemic times... CDC voucher, TT token replacement, mask vending machine... And there's an ATM too, which I frequently stop by when walking my dog haha. I used to come here for dance classes 10 years ago and I really liked the dance studio. Toilets are clean and spacious. Always having some interesting cultural events at the main hall (pre-covid). Overall I'm very happy to have this CC within walking distance!

Well organized community centre. Visited this one for the vaccination program. Everything was perfect and timely. The team was very well behaved and helped in the vaccination process. Overall also, the Serangoon community center organizes many other events and awareness drives.

Brought my children there for vaccination. The peds vaccination centre is ran by MinMed. Their staff is friendly and the process there seamless. The vaccination went great without the kiddos crying their eyes out. Kudos to the team.

The counter staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. The study room is badly ventilated. First row aircon too cold and light has been flickering for a long time. …

Called their number with inquiry - rude, dismissive and unhelpful staff. Show some courtesy for the residents you claim to serve, maybe

Approached the staff working here for help but was rudely turned away. With the pedestrian walkway outside closed for renovation, people are forced to walk through the place to cross the road to the other side. But the entire building has no lights at night, and you need to navigate through steps and ramps in almost complete darkness. The staff and place clearly reflects the lack of any service mindedness for people on its premises.
