I recently visited Time Zone with my kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The facilities were clean, safe, and well-organized. My kids loved the variety of activities.The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The play area is spacious, and there’s something for kids of all ages. I appreciated the seating area for parents and the availability of snacks and refreshments. It’s a perfect spot for a family day out or even hosting birthday parties. Had an amazing time celebrating a birthday at Timezone! 🎉 They offer free credit during your birthday month, which was such a nice bonus! The place is vibrant and full of fun — we loved the colourful airball game, water gun shooting, and the kid-friendly bowling (no special shoes needed!). My absolute favourite was the claw machine — won 3 dino keychains in just 2 games, plus loads of marshmallows! 😍 Great spot for birthday fun and family outings. Highly recommend for all ages!

terrible place with dishonest business tactics and poor customer service. charges 2$ for an 80cents game for animal kaiser, falsely advertise the cards as version 3 but multiple people had gotten version 1&2 cards. when I asked the staff to open the machine to check, I was right-both machines had older version cards. I saw parents and kids getting ripped off by this outlet. I asked for the manager after the staff appeared to be incompetent and rude, only to tell me the manager is overseas on a busy weekend. THIS IS A WARNING FOR OTHERS TO AVOID PATRONISING A DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT. if you require more information or wish to compensate me in any form feel free to email me.

Misleading pricing & machine versions (Read before playing) The Animal Kaiser machines at Timezone City Square Mall are advertised as Version 3, but they are actually mixed with older V2 cards - yet they still charge $2 per game, which is the full V3 rate. Other Timezone outlets like Northpoint and Orchard Exchange are transparent when machines are mixed (V1/V2) and charge only 80¢ per game. That's fair. This is not. This feels misleading and patrons should be aware before spending money here. If you've already played, ask for a refund at the counter. Play elsewhere unless this is clearly disclosed and priced properly.
