Had a great time at Hydrodash yesterday. This is the second time we’ve been in two weeks as my kids enjoyed it so much! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Raqib and Patrick were great checking us in as we hadn’t booked in advance. Then on the Hydrodash itself one of the female lifeguards was really proactive in helping us out of the water and steadying us on the high jumps! Tips: - try to go at high tide if you want to do all the jumps. - bring wetsuit shoes or grippy socks as the surfaces can get quite hot. - wear lots of suncream, we got quite burnt even on our legs! - sessions run on the hour each hour but turn up 15mins earlier for the briefing - there’s fantastic public change rooms and water refill just over the road

Absolutely amazing experience at HydroDash! Huge shoutout to the awesome crew — Nabil, Raqib, and Shyam. Super professional, high energy, and always safety-first while still keeping the fun going. The vibes were great and the team made sure everyone had a blast from start to finish. 10/10 would come back again!

Nabil has been very helpful when dealing with my non English speaking friends. He was calm and patient when dealing with them. Offered first aid for two of my friends who got injured. Overall they all had fun because of Nabil. Shyam assisted with all other miscellaneous stuff too. Very comfortable experience. Will highly recommend. 10/10 customer service

Regardless adults or children, Hydrodash was unsafe and poorly managed from start to finish. If you really want to try, get aqua shoes and swimsuit that covers your leg. Yes, you need to swim to reach the play area. Went in for 15 minutes and we were out. The safety briefing was very casual, felt more like an afterthought than a critical preparation for a water park. This set the tone for a day where safety clearly wasn't a priority. The equipment itself is a hazard. There are no hand grips at all and the steps to get back onto the floats are incredibly slippery (due to growing algae and barnacles), making re-entry nearly impossible without a struggle. Resulting in injuries like scratches and cuts as you try to climb up the floats. My friend's cuts were particularly deep. When we fell into the outer section, we called to a nearby lifeguard and asked if there was a nearby way up. He seemed confused and just looked around aimlessly. Later, with my friend bleeding and in pain, we asked if there was a way back to shore without a long swim (like a boat pickup) to avoid the open wound coming into contact with the sea water. Again, the lifeguard was confused and unhelpful, leaving us to just bear the pain and swim back ourselves to find first aid. We left with injuries and zero confidence in their operation. However, shout-out to their OIC for being the only one who was prompt and offered antiseptic liquid and plasters.

This is the answer I was given when I highlighted the unsafe practices and dangerous conditions for kids in this play zone I had to buy myself a ticket to ensure my daughter was safe There is no handles impossible to climb on the floater with no maintenance on the steps covered with algae / slippery and terrible staff attitude My knees were literally bleeding trying to climb over the floater Multiple slash and cuts on my leg and knees There were few other adults like me nobody could move we literally stuck in a corner just trying to ensure kids were safe Not recommend to anyone who considers safety Poor management Poor customer service Zero maintenance Zero safety If there is a minus 5 I would have given than it does not deserve a zero even NOTHING LIKE SINGAPORE SAFETY UNDERSTANDING AND VERY SUPRISED HOW IT SURVIVED THIS LONG!!
