Had a great time celebrating a birthday with friends at Swensen’s! The food was good with a wide variety to choose from. The staff made the occasion special by greeting us with a warm “Happy Birthday” and even preparing a sweet ice cream treat with a birthday message. Really thoughtful touch! Highly recommend—especially the buffet. It’s definitely worth the price!

Celebrated my (belated) birthday today over lunch at Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet at VivoCity with the best colleagues! 🥳 Had a feast brimming with seafood, Peranakan classics, live carving stations, and—best of all—48 rotating ice cream flavours 🍨. Loved every bite (especially the durian gelato and DIY chocolate fountain creations)! Time flew by, though—90‑minute limit—so many dishes, so little time! Celebrated my birthday dinner here, and at first I was abit apprehensive on whether the food would taste decent. But surprisingly it was pretty good. The pasta at their pasta live station was not bad. They also had a few varieties of seafood on their ice bed like the standard prawns, clams and crab. They had quite abit of western food like chicken cutlet, chicken bratwurst, beef meatball, pizzas, striploin roast. And quite afew local dishes like chicken rice, mee goreng, kueh pie tee, butter chicken. And of course their highlight, the ice cream and dessert station. I think there was at least 30 distinct flavours, with loads of toppings, a chocolate fondue, and a few choices of waffles. Pro-tip, if you want peanut for your ice cream you can get them at the kueh pie tee area 😋. Overall I was pretty impressed with Swensen's unlimited. The spread of choices and variety was pretty good compared to the price, on weekdays dinner it was only 38+ per pax. Would be back some other time.

The food tasted bad. The seafood was cold and tasteless. The vegetables were just like the ones I cook at home myself. The crab had absolutely no meat. The only thing good was the ice cream. $77 dollars for 3 people? Not worth it. Not coming back

The management of this restaurant is very chaotic. We made a reservation online well in advance, but when we arrived at the Vivo outlet, we were not allowed to enter. We were told to wait for another hour or even longer. What is the point of making a reservation then? The staff at the entrance said that some customers do not leave when their time is up, and there is nothing they can do about it. This is clearly a management issue of the company. As customers, we wasted our time coming all the way here only to be denied entry. If they are unable to manage a buffet properly, then they should not be offering a buffet at all.
