The JellyHearts

My family celebrated my birthday at JellyHearts@E!Hub Downtown East. The place is cosy and the staff (Kanaha & Kilah) were particularly helpful. They helped to get a lighter and sing along with my family.

Called up a few outlets in the east before the friendly service crew, Alisah, picked up my call. Glad to know that the Multi Layer Rainbow was available. Everyone at the party was commenting how pretty and yummy the cakes are. It is a good mixed of jelly and cheesecake, most importantly it is not too sweet. I ended up eating 3 pieces.

I would like to commend the excellent customer service experience I had with Ms. Kanaha at the Downtown East outlet. Her service with a smile, and how she meticulous cut our large jelly hearts original cake and explained storage and refrigeration recommendations, truly made my day. Kudos for such great customer service!

Pretty upset since it melted in 3hours. No label that says gotta refrigerate and staff didn’t mention anything too. Ate one piece and saved the other piece to let my kid eat after tuition and by that time the jelly and cheese melted together. If I knew it’s gonna melt so fast then I would’ve just ate it all. What a waste seriously, not sure if this is normal.

Pretty pricey for what you get. I bought a square 9 piece one. When I got home and opened the box, it was obvious QC was NOT good. Once side of the cake had the cheese only 5mm thick and the other side a more respectable 1cm. So lots …

Stale cakes and pricey, staffs are rude and so is the boss of the shop! Won’t go there anymore! Avoid this shop! They don’t do refund or returns of stale cakes immediately bought from them!
