Whoose Party(Kids Birthday Party)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an awesome birthday celebration for our toddler at Whoose Party! From start to finish, the team was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the booking process smooth and stress-free. The all-inclusive package was fantastic—everything was taken care of, from decorations to food for the kids, which meant we could just enjoy the day. There’s no extra charge to bring in your own food too! The kids had an absolute blast with the variety of play areas, and the space was relatively clean and well-maintained. Best of all, it was great value for money! We got so much for the price, and it made hosting a party completely hassle-free. Highly recommend for birthdays or any fun day out with the little ones!

Definitely not gonna recommend this place to parents with young kids. It was overcrowded with 2 birthday parties going on. Staff were busy talking at the cashier. Refer to pictures - Small bricks lying on the mezzanine floor which small kids might pick and put into their mouth. The trampoline is poorly maintained. The steps up to the mezzanine floor were dented and not cushioned. Hairs being trapped in between the steps. I could feel the rods underneath my feet while going up. Exposed bolts.

Place is poorly maintained. Staff were not at desk when we went. They put a notice to say that they were inside (not sure where?) and we had to call their shop phone so that when it rings they will know that there is customer outside. Lol. Also, the steps were broken and dented. The racing circuit is not working. They had another machine upstairs but it wasn’t on too? Some toys at the beads area were broken too. My boys couldn’t even last an hour there because of all the broken/not working stuff.

The playground is small and doesn’t have much inside. Most of the games are broken. Only a few things are left to play with. It costs $15 per hour, but there’s really nothing to do. There are many dangerous designs with pipes above the head. The design is unreasonable. It’s not worth the time to visit this playground.
