Ice Cream Man and Friends

Absolutely delicious ice creams and sorbet in a magnificently tranquil environment overlooking the gardens. My son has allergies and not only did the staff let him try both flavours he could have, but also cleaned all instruments before scooping up his delicious Yuzu sorbet. Definitely a place to visit if your in the gardens

They have pet friendly ice cream. Staffs are extremely friendly and interactive with children and pets. Went out of the way to coax our dog to try the ice cream. They entertain families with kids as well to make sure everyone has a good time.

We really like ice cream in this store, but it doesn’t work as it is shown on the maps in Botanical Gardens. At 18:30-18:40 the sellers already close the store. Sometimes, for example, if it is rainy, the store doesn’t work at all, although the working hours are indicated as "open". I think the store management should work on the efficiency of the workers. Because sometimes we come 20 mins before the official closing, and there is no one in the store. 🙄🙄 Several times we were left without ice cream, and the store without profit from us. And the reason is simply human laziness and unwillingness to work until closing, as indicated in the information. if workers want to leave at 18:30, then write it on Google maps so as not to deceive customers

Despite the name of the business and the nature of business, there was absolutely no joy from the manager/owner. Just bad vibes. Of course, there's technically nothing wrong with that! I just disagree with the service rendered and am disappointed with choosing this vendor to provide for a birthday party for a 3 year old. If you are in the area, you are 100 times better off getting an ice cream cone from McDonald's at Serene Centre.
