Zero Latency VR - Austin

This place is awesome! Zac, Alex and Dylan are phenomenal with their customer service skills! They have great attitudes with fantastic personalities. Kind and helpful. Then, the games are so fun to do for me and my seven year old son. We haven’t tried the axe throwing but we do the escape rooms at least twice a week! The shooter games are cool too! Lots of fun for family or friend. Small groups or large. This is a wonderful new tradition we have started and we are so thankful for this place and the awesome staff! Thanks guys for helping us add some fun and quality time to our lives! You all rock!

This is for my experience on Sunday March 23,2025. I originally booked a half hour as it was my first time with any type of VR playing and it was so great !! That exact same day we went back at a later time for a 1 hour session and truly I had not had such true fun in a long time I was so excited to go back and had a blast. Our game master was Caleb who was excellent and made sure we knew what to do and how to handle our equipment. I wish they had some type of membership option so I could go even more often. I will be returning today with my siblings and I’m very much looking forward to it. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to have true fun regardless of age!

This place is absolutely amazing! Our son had his 13th birthday here with 5 friends and they had a blast! DEF coming back for holiday themed zombie fun!!

I brought my son here with 5 friends for a birthday party last week. This was my son and my 3rd time playing. I have two complaints: the first is that we asked to play the Warhammer game and then the other space game and the staff setup the Zombie game. I took my headset off and reminded them that we had not asked for the zombie game. The employee nodded and said he chose the wrong one but couldnt' change it. It was frustrating because we had played that game twice before and wanted to try something new. No additional game was offered and by the time we got done with it another group was lined up to play and the kids were running all around so I let it go but it was disappointing. The second issue, and one that I experienced the first two times playing is that the games have a lot of lag. Like zero latency maybe but sometimes at 1 or two frames per second. It definitely takes away from the experience. They claim their tech is better than Sandbox and maybe it is but I think I will have to give Sandbox a try next time as this trip was a disappointment.
