Chuck E. Cheese

My youngest granddaughter is only 3 so this is a perfect place for us to have fun together. It’s not too big, so I can keep up lol Also, there are soooo many games just her size and she loves it! With food, playtime, and prizes, this is a great place for a safe & fun adventure. We truly had a blast. FYI too they still let you pay cash for prizes if you can’t get enough tickets for what they want. I’m so glad they do that because they stopped doing it at Gattiland, and that sucks. LOVE this place.

This place was the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have been to in 30years and 7 kids later. All of the games/ rides worked and the staff was exceptionally polite, kind and helpful! I would recommend this Chuck E Cheese in Round Rock Tx. To anyone. They were not good about checking the kids when we arrived and left, that is the only thing that could be done better. There were only 3 families in the building while we were there so it was not hard to keep track of who’s child was who’s.. Good job to the staff and management of this place. We will definitely return the next time we are in Tx.

We've been here a few times and had my kids birthday here as well. Amazing customer service, fresh pizza, and awesome birthday host. The place is cleans and the kids always have a blast. We got the birthday package which includes pizza, drinks, ice cream, goody bags, and a play card for the kids. Pretty much just had to show up.

If you come here for a birthday party, request Miasia! She was fantastic!! My nephew had an extra amazing woman taking care of him for his 3rd birthday party. She made extra effort to make sure he had a great time 10 out of 10 will come again!

The food and staff were AMAZING! We brought our own cake in for a birthday (but we didn't have a party reservation), we were treated just as if we had paid for a full party. It was so nice. Any time something happened to a game the attendant was on top of it. The manager on duty was also wonderful. In all we had the best time!

My kids love this place. It is much cleaner and maintained than I remember from days of yore. The pizza is pretty decent, my kids and us parents eat it without complaint (rare). They also have some beer on tap for parents. However, the best part by far is the pay for time, not by game, aspect. You buy a game card that has a set amount of time on it, as opposed to a dollar amount, and can play any game and as many games as you can in that time. You can also pause the game card when the pizza arrives, so you dont waste game time while you are eating. The game card even operates the photo booth! Other places you buy a dollar amount game card and it is gone in 20 minutes, and the kids havent played half the games they want. But I have yet to leave Chuck E.'s with the kids feeling like they didnt get to play enough games.

My review was 5 stars. Went down to 1 cuz of the lady at the receptionist thats working now is super rude. I came with a friend and he said the same thing.

We’re so glad we decided to have our daughter's 4th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese! It’s the perfect place for kids around this age to have fun. The setup was great, and the pizza was delicious! Our kids, their friends, and even the parents all had a fantastic time. One thing that was disappointing was that even though we chose the most expensive birthday party package, the new trampoline area wasn't included. We were told that it would cost an additional $8 plus tax per child to use it. We had already paid a significant amount, so we decided not to add the trampoline. However, during our party, there were children from other parties who had paid the extra fee and were playing on the trampoline. Our kids, as well as some others who hadn't paid for the trampoline, really wanted to join in, and since the area was open, we had a hard time keeping them away. It would be great if this could be reconsidered and adjusted in the future.

I will never come back to this place. More than half the games do not work. They do not bring the food to you anymore. It was dirty and empty with white tape all over the floor. It was a waste of $50 that I spent. I should have went to the …
