Urban Air had us flying high today! 🚀 I took my son and his friend, and they had the time of their lives. From trampolines to climbing walls, they bounced, flipped, and soared via zip lines until they were completely exhausted (Mission accomplished 😅). The facility was sparkling clean, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. But I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Manager Amy — she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. She’s a unicorn 🦄 (aka a rare gem). Give that girl a raise!! 🙌 We also grabbed food, and it was delicious — not what you usually expect from a kid activity center. The Ranch!!! Yum!! Between the fun, the food, the friendly staff, and Amy’s incredible hospitality, this place nailed it on every level. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolute blast and will 100% be back. Thank you, Urban Air, for a perfect day of fun and memories! 💥

This weekend I attended my nephew’s birthday party we’re the service was by far the best I had ever experienced at urban air, I’ve been here multiple times and never was satisfied with the service not only was it clean but it was updated and very well taken care of, general manager Amy and her team made sure we were all taken care of, also the young lady Leanyhaa was absolutely polite and great mannered, she kindly guided my family and I throughout the park since there was new changes in the party from when I had last book she before hand made sure to mention how there is no private games for lazer tag or dodgeball but was still able to gather all our kiddos together so it could be all done as a group.she made sure to never leave our side and served all the guest there food and drinks. I would highly recommend visiting this location and would definitely be coming back to book a party for one of my kiddos.

Came here for my daughter's 11th birthday. What a great value! We'd been by before just to jump but didn't do much else. My daughter specifically requested Urban Air so we came out. The kids several hours to run, jump, climb, and play- They have all day to use the facility! We added on bowling for just $10 which is a fantastic deal for the entire family to bowl. Also included in the platinum bands is laser tag. The kids (ages 3-17) had a blast with that. They get to climb and do the harness flight with the band giving them access to everything except for the arcade games. We also took advantage of the family meal deal, $25 and it comes with drinks. Very good value, we appreciated the AC and the fun. Really good Pina colada for the adults, I think they're premixed but at 13% alcohol it was well received 😁 We will be back!

This was hands down the worst experience. I grew up a gymnast and a cheerleader so places like this were my happy place. The staff was undertrained and the park was flooded with little children under minute supervision. We were interrupted multiple times by staff saying we can’t “flip” and it was “stated clearly on the signs”. Which is untrue, the signed all said no double or triple flipping. There was a child that was injured by another ADULT that was not part of my party. She had left the injured child abandoned in the section that I was in with my sister with a staff member less than 5 feet away and did nothing. As we assisted the child and helped him up to assure he was okay with fist bump, where was the staff, and where was the parent? After we had been interrupted for the last time I had asked for a refund back, gathered my things, and then was verily assaulted by the clueless parent outside. Run a better organization, train a better staff, and be a better parent.

Very disappointed with our experience at Urban Air. I was charged twice for my purchase, and despite showing the employees my bank transactions as proof, they repeatedly told me that my card “didn’t go through” and insisted that I needed to pay again. Under pressure, I paid a second time. Moments later, they received confirmation that the first payment did go through after all. Yes, I eventually received a refund but not a single apology from anyone. At the same time, I was trying to upgrade my kids’ wristbands. This could have been a great opportunity for the staff to show empathy and help smooth over what had already been a very embarrassing and frustrating situation at the food court. Instead, once again, there was zero empathy, zero customer service, and zero effort from the employees. I understand that mistakes happen, but how staff handle them matters. Unfortunately, the employees showed no concern, accountability, or professionalism. Hiring very young staff isn’t always a problem but when issues like this arise, proper training and customer service are clearly missing. My kids love Urban Air, but after this experience, it may be time to look for somewhere else that truly values its customers.

If I could give this place a zero rating it would most definitely be just that!. Today my sister lost her wedding ring and the staff was no help with anything. Couldn’t even lend us a bucket or trash bag so we could dig as far down to the bottom to help find the ring. Our husbands and us dug for two hours and was told to stop because it wasn’t allowed. While digging we found a knife some pills lots of trash and tons of busted balls and vape! Turns out this place only clean the ball pit once every six months and they couldn’t tell us when they were going to the the next clean and only stated they are doing it maybe sometime next month. We also arrived to this place three minutes before opening and waited to go in and only to walk into the place not even had been wiped down or swept or sanitized. As we didn’t expect them to jump in and help they couldn’t give us a clear answer.apparently madison was the only manager there but turns out she lied there was the head manager there Austin whom also couldn’t give us answers for anything and instead sent people to come tell us to get out of the ball pit. This place is ran by kids and do a poor job of operating. Also the snack bar they were blasting dirty music that was very inappropriate to be played at a kids play park! The kid at the snack bar working said that they always find knifes inside the ball parks that it’s normal to find those. We have memberships there’s now I’m beyond upset that we spend monthly at this place for this membership and it’s not even a safe and clean place for our kids ! Corporate will be hearing from me. Be safe parents don’t send your kids in with no socks and no jewelry or anything valuable.
