SAFRA Kidz Amaze (SAFRA Jurong)

First all of this is relative big compared to some of the other indoor playgrounds. Most interesting and standing out things in this place are slides which are very big and fun for kids. This also has good party area on 4th floor where kids can go directly into this play area from party area. Overall very good place for kids especially aged 5 to 8 to benefit from slides.

Awesome huge indoor playground. Five levels of play area. One of the slides start on the fifth level. My niece had an abrasion on this slide. I suggest that kids wear long sleeve and pants to prevent abrasion. Overall comment compare to other indoor playground is totally awesome huge place with no time limit for the kids.

We were invited to the amazing Kindsville Holiday Party by Singapore Kindness Movement. What is better is that it is held in the Kidz Amaze Playground @ SAFRA Jurong! The brothers love that playground and can’t to go crazy over there! The boys really had a good time playing at Kidz Amaze and their favourite spot is the huge ball pit area. Thoroughly enjoyable and hope to be back again soon.

Had 2 party events, first one was ok only with the mic and sound system issue. Planned for the second event last weekend and informed the staff to get ready for mic & sound system since I had hired clown hosting. I emailed them 2 months before event and they assured to prepare for me, however on the day there was totally no microphone to use at all this time! Staff was just like you do without microphone... Seriously? This playground is so loud and you are expecting us to shout to 20 kids for 2 hrs? Or you are expecting your customer to continuously follow up with your team to get ready? If it does not work, at least inform us first so that we can prepare our own speakers! I emailed them for explanation but apparently they’ve gotten the money now they do not care at all…

1 of the staff was extremely rude. It's supposed to be a fun n enjoyable place for kids, however the staff at the counter has been raising her voice at kids.. She should have handle situations in a better way. Place doesn't seems to be well maintained too..

Visited this place many times over the years. Unfortunately the management has allowed it to deteriorate. Yesterday I went, the counter girl accepted my payment then proceeded to brief me on everything that’s not working today. Should have told me before I paid?? Hired a whole bunch of staff and they all sitting on the floor behind the counter playing with handphone. The place a total mess and the staff don’t regularly pack up like other playgrounds. Foam covering screws and metal plates dropped off and not replaced endangering children. Like many establishments, once the place not doing so well, they cut cost and then accelerate its decline even further. Sooner or later this place will close down.
