Splat Paint House

My daughter had her 8th birthday party at Splat and she had a blast with her friends. G was also very nice, helpful, and patient with the kids. Highly recommend Splat for a birthday venue.

Oh my god we love it! Such an awesome idea to let loose the kids creativity here! They really enjoyed themselves! Air conditioned, clean and spacious too! Highly recommend you to bring your kids down and even for hosting parties!

Splat Paint House was amazing! Easy to reach via email and WhatsApp, with smooth communication throughout. They catered well to our group and made sure everything was a success. The 1.5-hour session really brought out our creative side, and everyone had lots of fun. Highly recommend for a fun-filled weekend activity with kids!

We did a small team bonding session at Splat, overall was cosy and fun activity. But we wish there are more acrylic and less fluid paints, more different tools, to access so that we can add more texture to the pieces. Coordinator and DJ Navan is friendly, considerate and welcoming. Love the choice of music and flexibility. Communication back end (wa and emails) are not responsive though, i got in touch for a few within a week, but no replies. Delivery of canvas was super fast thank u!

Updated A date for two. We got to do two individual pieces and one large piece together. Certainly a fun 90 mins activity but our challenge was to get started. The experience during the session was great. At the end of it, I was told that if I could give a five-star review, varnish will be applied to my artwork for free (rather than the $8 or so per work). My review can't be bought but I did felt that the experience deserved a five star. To get varnish applied to protect our artwork, that was certainly a bonus. The after-sales experience however, was a let down. When I went to pick up our artwork, the varnish wasn't applied as previously noted by staff. The staff in attendance gave our three canvases a spray so hastily done, that I could only describe that it would have taken longer for me to put cologne on myself compared to the time he took to spray on the varnish. I did query on site whether a full layer need to be applied but he said all the varnish did was "to make the artwork look shiny". Not an artist, I went home to Google the purpose of the varnish and the key purpose was to protect the water-based paint. I emailed Angelle and after some follow-ups, she finally responded by telling me what the varnish was for but did not acknowledge or offer a solution as I had higlighted the varnish was not applied properly. Further, she had said "1 Google review for 1 canvas". This was a free offer, so I wasn't going to make a big deal of it even though I was under the impression when we were told the "offer", it was for all the pieces we had paid for. I sent her a photo of one of our pieces and circled in green (below), there were bits of varnish applied but not properly applied through the whole canvas. Honestly, the varnish is a freebie and I would have went home thinking this was a 5-star establishment. BUT, a after-service was offered and it was unfortunately not done properly nor was a solution offered to me to rectify the problem I had highlighted. Ultimately, this became a huge disappointment for us due to the service experienced.
