Wow, what an incredible experience! The birthday party arrangements were absolutely flawless, and the Crepe cake was hands-down the BEST I've ever had! The sweetness was perfection - not too much, not too little. The service, food and drinks and kids engagement for the baking activity were all top-notch. Highly Recommended!

We booked a baking party for 10 pax for my daughter’s 12th birthday. All the kids enjoyed themselves and absolutely loved the baker/teacher I hope I got her name right, Ms Irene. She was amazing, and the kids adored her. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories!

Booked a birthday party after reading good reviews from 2024. There were no review for 2025. The birthday party was a disappointment! Horrible service, kids complain donut too dry and hard. Drinks mostly ice and diluted. The main baking activity was the biggest disappointment. Firstly, party delayed because chef goes missing in action. There were no communication between the ‘last minute employed chef’ and the person in charge - Kitty. He prepared cupcakes different from what was communicated to Kitty and chef admitted that nothing was told to him. The baking activity started with a rush, there was zero interaction between chef and kids. He did not even explain the steps he was doing and rushing through making the batter. Kids were bored. During birthday celebration, the chef brought in the cake, sang birthday song and disappeared. Again kids were left by themselves with no staff around. There wasn’t even birthday girl photo and backdrop for photo session as promised. Feedback to Kitty and she defended that it should be drop off session and I was around in the room from her CCTV. I don’t see why I can’t stay to take photos of the activity when it was my daughter’s birthday. There wasn’t staff there to lead the entire birthday party. There was only one lady to serve the cafe and once in a while peeped into the room to check. The chef, most of the time disappeared at the back of the kitchen to prepare ingredients, came back a while to tell the kids what to do, and disappeared again. There wasn’t any adults in the room, kids were mainly left to themselves if parents did not stayed to take photos. Not recommended for birthday party. It wasn’t even a party. There wasn’t any receipt given as well after Kitty watsapp to paynow her.

I am a repeating customer, who came back for their delicious crepe cake, but unfortunately was highly disappointed by their services. I had ordered a rainbow cake to be delivered for a birthday celebration but the cake arrived in an unpresentable manner with the cake topper (which i had to pay extra for) broken. I had contacted them to feedback and their replies were so defensive, and I had to keep after them for over 2 weeks for an update on the matter. Worse of all, throughout the entire conversation, there were ZERO apology for the ruined birthday celebration. No matter how nice the cakes are, bad services really deter one from future purchases.

Really quick reply when you want to make a purchase and pay. Even quicker to not reply you when asking about your delivery (Requested and paid extra for express delivery to arrive at 4pm. Cake arrived at 5pm after repeated texts; and …
