Superb Party supplies store at Novena. Had plenty of balloon choices I was going a little crazy spoilt for choices. The shop owner was also very helpful and patient with my fickle mind. Also shared tips and tricks to extend the longevity of the big helium balloons I ordered. Highly recommended.

Well stocked place. Even though this outlet seems small at first glance, it probably has more varieties and stock than any other places. Prices includes complementary helium fill up. The helium filled balloons last for more than 5 days. An elderly lady attended to us and she is definitely a great help in advising us the design which turns out to be much better than what we can envisage. She is the mother of the owner of the chain of shops. So humble and attentive. Thank you.

I have been going back to the Moulmein Road outlet over the years, and Auntie is lovely. She knows everything from where the inventory is placed, to what designs are suitable for which occasion. My most recent purchase involved curating balloons for my kid's birthday celebration in school. The customisation process was personalised and attentive, peppered with easy conversations with Auntie. Swing by on a quiet weekday and get your party supplies sorted!

Would’ve love to give this 5 stars but knocked down 3 due to rather dishonest business practices. Called a few days in advance to enquire about their helium inflation services and the cost of inflating a walking animal balloon, along with specifying the dimensions of the balloons in order to obtain an accurate quote. A young male staff quoted $5 for the exact measurements quoted (45 x 60cm) and said I could stop by anytime. Days later when I popped by for aforementioned service, the older auntie who’s manning the store said she’s charging me $8 per walking animal balloon inflation. I mentioned that I called in advance and was quoted $5 and she insisted that the staff didn’t know what my balloon sizes are (total bluff, as I did specified balloon dimensions over the phone). After insisting that I’d called and displayed my dismay over the price discrepancy, she knocked it down to $6 per balloon and said she normally charges a whopping $13.90 per animal plus its inflation. My balloons were inflated fine and the auntie did nicely tie the balloons to a balloon string for me - would have love to support a local neighbourhood business, but I do not condone dishonest business practices with zero price transparency. How could you just upcharge prices on your own discretion?? I would recommend others to just take their party orders to this other transparent and honest party store “Partyforce” at 28 Sin Min Lane instead (not affiliated). Full transparency at $5 per walking animal balloon helium inflation and $1.99 for balloon itself. $7, as compared to the outrageous $13.90 charged by this place. Sorry, won’t be returning to this party store for future needs.

I went to shop at this store after reading the google reviews. They are selling the party stuff at a hiked price. They charged me $16.90 dollars for a onefoil fringe curtain. Market price at other stores is $3. When asked the lady to return she refused to accept. Not recommended at all. Feedback to owner - this is pure case of looting the customers and when asked to return the excuse given is ridiculous that staff dont know know how to do refund on cards.

Friendly and nice while purchasing, after purchasing service is redundant and horrible. Basically if your items are defected/faulty, it will be BUYER’S FAULT for “not knowing how to pump balloons”. While purchasing, they will assure you that all their products are top notch & best in quality as it is claimed as an american brand. Drove all the way back on the day of my event in hope for them to be able to provide an exchange only to be presented with “there’s nothing we can do”. I found it quite pricey on the day i purchased their products, but i was thinking i shall give it a shot since they claimed their products are solid and of good quality. Turns out i was wrong after all. Buy at your own risk guys. I’m truly disappointed as it ruined my birthday celebration for my girlfriend.
