Thank you for the recommendations by Kiran. Indeed, the yacht was eventful for us to celebration birthday. Captain David and Shuting was our great host onboard. Having 3 kids and 2 babies onboard was definitely make easier with their help. All of us enjoyed the bbq food and skyline tour with endless of photo taking.

Amazing amazing experience! The yacht was huge and so clean. Shu ting our coordinator and the captain were so polite and so helpful I was blown away! Shu ting helped us to cut our cake and kept on helping us with the lights, n table and every small thing. It was amazing. So professional and such a lovely yacht! Highly recommend this company and my friends are already enquiring for bookings.

Here is our experience with yacht bookings and Kiran. If anything it was a complete nightmare! We booked a yacht for our wedding on October 30 and paid the full deposit in advance. Everything seemed fine until, one month before the wedding, Kiran informed us that the yacht we booked was “unavailable” and that we’d have to move to another yacht. She sent us pictures of the alternative yacht, but after reviewing it with my partner, we found it unsuitable for our wedding. It didn’t match our vision, and we felt misled. Later, we discovered the real reason for this sudden change: Kiran wanted to prioritize a larger charter that would generate more profit for the company and was trying to bump us in favor of a “better” client. Told her it was unacceptable and we heard no response for a whole week. And when she replied , she gave us two choices: 1. Accept a full refund (and be left scrambling to find a new venue a month before our wedding). 2. Move to the yacht we didn’t want. What made things worse was that another yacht — one we had seen previously and actually liked — was still available. Kiran didn’t offer it to us until we specifically asked. This was a blatant attempt to hide options that could have worked for us. It felt manipulative and dishonest. We then arranged a meeting in person to discuss this matter, and during the meet up her narrative changed and we were now able to keep our booking still but due to the other charter only coming back in the morning and due to customs and whatever else she can’t confirm that it will be available at the time we booked. We decided to take the risk and told her we were going to keep the booking anyway At week later, Kiran told us that the yacht we originally booked was "available again" because the other client had changed their plans. We thought this would be the end of the stress, but it wasn’t. We asked to confirm that we would be allowed to board the yacht one hour early for wedding preparations — something we had discussed and agreed upon previously. Suddenly, Kiran claimed that this had *never* been agreed upon. She then told us she would seek permission to allow us that extra hour. This is where things got even worse. On the day she was supposed to provide an update 25/26th of Oct (5 days before the wedding). no updates, no response even after reading the message when we checked in. And this was 4 days before the actual booking date. This unnecessary silence and lack of communication caused us serious stress because we couldn’t confirm appointments with our make up artist and held off all our pre wedding arrangements because we didn’t even know what time we could be there. Eventually, she confirmed we could board an hour early — exactly as had been agreed in the first place. This entire experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. Kiran has shown a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and empathy for their clients. Prioritizing bigger bookings over honoring commitments, and they constantly shift the goalposts after agreements have been made. If you’re considering using Yacht Bookings for your event, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Don’t let them ruin your special day like they almost did ours.
